Field Technician
About the role
Cennox is seeking an enthusiastic Field Technician to join their expanding Field Services division. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience; safe or ATM technical experience is a plus. Electro-mechanical skills are required, along with the ability to use basic hand tools including but not limited to a multi-meter, voltmeter, and volt-ohm meter. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and experience with mapping and routing applications like MapPoint or Google Maps is beneficial. The position involves servicing customers by performing preventative maintenance, installations, diagnosing product issues, and training customers on the proper use of financial equipment in the Bronx and surrounding areas.

Requirements
- 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience
- Safe or ATM Technical experience is a plus

- Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing and a reliable/insured vehicle
- Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to lift/move 50 or more pounds, stand, climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
- Ability to work both indoors and outside in all-weather conditions
- Extensive daily travel for up to 10 hours per day
- Good hand/eye coordination and sharp eyesight
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a valid Driver's License and a driving record in good standing.
