About the role

This position offers an extensive training program with both one-on-one and group training classes. You will have access to mentors from across the company to ensure your success. Field Technicians are provided with a company truck, all necessary tools, and uniforms—from hats to boots.

Tuesday – Saturday

Responsibilities

  • Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
  • Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair reception performance issues.
  • Resolve problems from the customer’s equipment to the output of the first distribution amplifier.
  • Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises.
  • Proactively suggest upgrades of existing services and educate customers on their equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support company goals and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Good driving record and a valid driver’s license in the state you are applying.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and on-call as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present solutions positively.
  • Ability to work in small and confined areas, lift up to 80 lbs., work on a ladder, and endure all weather conditions.
  • At least 3 months of customer service or related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
