About the role
Cable One is seeking a Field Technician to join our team. This role offers comprehensive training and support, along with competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Install and service customer service drops or outlets in both residential and business properties.
- Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair reception performance issues.
- Ensure proper signal levels at each termination point on the customer's premises.
- Suggest and educate customers on upgrading existing services and new equipment.
- Take on additional duties to support the company's purpose, principles, and values.
Qualifications
- A good driving record and valid driver’s license in the state you apply.
- Flexibility to work overtime and on-call as needed.
- Problem-solving skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Experience or training in customer service or a related field (at least 3 months).
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Pay
Base pay up to $19 per hour, based on national average. Plus, a total compensation of base plus bonus.
Schedule
Hours vary based on the needs of the company and the location. Overtime and on-call work may be required.
