Field Technician

About the role

As a Field Technician at BAYCOM, you will play a vital role in keeping our customers' mission-critical technology running smoothly. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of radio communication systems, video surveillance equipment, and door access controls.

Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot radio communication systems. - Maintain and inspect video surveillance equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Repair and update door access control systems as needed. - Provide excellent customer service and technical support. - Perform on-the-job training to develop your skills alongside experienced technicians.
