Field Technical Representative - South California
Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Project Manager for the Orange County area. Ideally, this candidate will have a diverse background ranging from interiors in corporate office to public works and specialty projects like theme parks.
About the role
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. In this position, the incumbent directs and supervises activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, and adherence to our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Ten years or more of commercial construction experience in project management.
- Five years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
- Experience with project manager software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
- Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
- Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s).
Preferred Qualifications
- Public works, Interiors/TI, Special projects, Theme park, DSA experience.
- Local qualified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Current or previous Large Projects (Ground-Up) project experience.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in Santa Ana, CA is $120,000 to $160,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
