About the role

Responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, which may include hardware, software, and networking products as well as operating systems. On-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with client on administrative and technical matters. Interprets clients' needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, client support representatives, or engineers.

Responsibilities

• Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
• Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end-user experience and takes corrective action.
• Provides policy recommendations to managers and serves as an escalation point for less experienced team members.
• May require significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips.

Requirements

• Well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area.
• Work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters, though the primary focus is predominately routine.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Solid client service skills.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

Pay

The starting hourly range for this role is $21.70/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
