Duties And Responsibilities
- Unparalleled technical support for national home improvement retail clients.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Work in physically demanding environments (lifting, bending, climbing, walking).
- Understand AC/DC and backup power concepts.
- Excellent time management and reporting skills.
- Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution for IT equipment.
- Occasionally work at heights of 20' to 25', lift equipment training provided.
- Document efforts, issues, and resolutions, close cases/tickets daily.
- Experience in copper and fiber cabling and various terminating connectors.
- Proficient communicator with emotional intelligence insight for explaining IT terminologies.
- Repair POS systems, Lexmark printers, access points, thin clients, and perform refresh projects.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- 40-hour work week mandatory.
Skills & Qualifications
- One year IT technical support experience.
- Cash recycler repair experience preferred.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- CompTIA Net+ certification preferred.
- Driver's License required.
