Responsibilities
- Be the “IS&T Face” to the internal customer – Finfrock employees; provide the utmost professional and courteous customer service skills
- Assist, troubleshoot, and resolve user support requests pertaining to all client endpoint devices and printers
- Build, configure, and deploy computers as needed
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot client devices, IP cameras, and printers
- Optimize and maintain client devices in the field (security updates, firmware updates, patch management, etc.)
- Perform/Execute IT tasks in the field at construction job sites
- Dial in and participate with monthly I-Power meetings
- Plan job site activities with the Director of IS&T
Requirements
- Display professional and courteous customer service skills to the internal customer (Finfrock corporate and field employees)
- Must be experienced with the assembly and configuration of computers from parts
- Must have administrator level experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Capable of configuring Android/Apple devices for corporate use
- Printer management including supplies, applications, minor part replacement (rollers, etc…), and maintain a support level relationship with printer vendors
- Troubleshoot issues related to: PCs, printers, IP cameras, mobile devices, Wi-Fi and hardwire networking
- Must be able to climb ladders and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors, in high places via a Hi-Reach vehicle, to service Wi-Fi network and IP camera devices
- Must have a clean driving record and be able to travel (80% travel, 20% office)
- 2-year degree in related field or 5+ years of IT Support experience
- Working knowledge and proficiency in Solar/DC Power systems with deep cycle batteries for powering IT assets in the field (Cameras, time clocks, Wi-Fi Access Points, etc.)
Qualifications
- MCP – Windows 10/11 preferred
- A+ Certification preferred
- Installation and support experience with: Autodesk AEC Collection, Dessaults Solidworks, Structureworks, Primavera (Oracle) P6, PMWeb, Salmon Technologies, Speclink, and MS Office 2010-2016 preferred
