Reports to: Client Services Leadership

Why This Role Matters

The Field Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist is the backbone of our service level agreements. Whether it's managing high-stakes shipping, executing a complex print project, or being the welcoming face at the front desk, you ensure business continuity with a professional smile.

Responsibilities

  • The "Front of House" Ambassador: Provide a 5-star concierge experience for guests and clients. Manage lobby flow, security protocols, and global call routing with grace and composure.
  • Logistics & Mail Mastery: Own the lifecycle of inbound/outbound shipments. Master manual and electronic chain-of-custody procedures for high-priority packages.
  • Production & Reprographics Specialist: Operate high-end Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) for print, binding (GBC, Velo, Coil), and digital scanning. Ensure all equipment is "battle-ready" with proactive maintenance and toner management.
  • Workplace "Vibe" Management: Keep conference rooms, pantries, and common areas "VIP-ready" at all times. Manage inventory like a pro, ensuring supplies are always stocked before they’re needed.

Requirements

  • The Ultimate Generalist: 2+ years of experience in office services, hospitality, or logistics.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and learning new proprietary digital systems.
  • Adaptable & Mobile: Reliable transportation and enthusiasm for traveling to different regional sites.
  • Physically Active: Comfortable being on your feet, lifting up to 25 lbs (or 50 lbs with a teammate), and keeping the office moving.
  • The "I Got This" Attitude: Proactively find work during downtime and stay calm under pressure.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Mandatory access to reliable transportation (regional travel is a core part of the role).
  • Ability to handle same-day assignments and varying schedules.

Travel

Travel is an essential part of the Field Services Specialist role. Assignments can include traveling from one SPS site to another after your arrival at your “home” location, as required by business need. Travel distance will be predominantly within the FSS’s assigned region.

Why Join Our Team?

As a Field Support Specialist (FSS), you are our "Special Ops" team member. You provide critical backup coverage across our regional sites, stepping in to save the day when regular staff are away. One day, you’re the face of a high-end corporate lobby; the next, you’re managing complex logistics or high-stakes digital print projects.
