About the role
As a Field Supervisor at Kitchen Tune-Up, you will lead and supervise multiple field crews across kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. You will coach, mentor, and develop installers to improve efficiency, craftsmanship, and teamwork. You will address and resolve field team complaints, challenges, and performance issues. You will motivate crews with a "get it done" mentality to drive projects to completion on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Verify jobsite cleanliness, safety protocols, and staging procedures daily.
- Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and updates in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend).
- Oversee safety compliance for crews, ensuring all OSHA and company protocols are followed.
- Reduce rework and "go-backs" by catching potential issues early.
- Conduct daily or weekly field readiness checks to confirm crews have what they need.
- Ensure all projects are fully prepared prior to start: tools, inventory, and products staged and ready.
- Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets; escalate issues quickly.
- Step in hands-on when necessary to keep projects moving forward.
- Coordinate with warehouse and project coordinators to ensure material deliveries and returns are accurate and timely.
- Conduct final punch walk-throughs before project handoff.
Requirements
- Must be highly proficient and skilled at measuring for accurate orders to be placed.
- Oversee safety compliance for crews, ensuring all OSHA and company protocols are followed.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and clean worksite at all times.
- 5+ years of experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, with well-rounded trade skills.
- Proven leadership or foreman experience managing multiple crews/projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and make sound field decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with both crews and management.
- Proficient with project management/jobsite apps (Buildertrend).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
