RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and participants for designated shifts.
• Scheduled shifts are typically Sunday- Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.
• Support the Assistant Program Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations.
• Responsible for medication administration and medical management on shift.
• This position is a member of the management team and has on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree and experience with client population and supervisory/management experience preferred.
