Responsibilities
- Provide effective supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) or others within a residential group home
- Build trust and flexibility within the team
- Create fun and exciting community integration activities for the individuals supported
- Complete timely progress notes and administrative functions
- Adapt to the changing needs of individuals/residents
Requirements
- Effective supervision experience
- Ability to provide oversight to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) or similar roles
- Creativity in developing engaging community activities
- Strong adaptability to changing needs
