Field Supervisor - DIDD / ECF Services
About the Role
Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and our DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs, while providing leadership, coaching, quality oversight, and field support to our direct support staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to move beyond direct support into a leadership role. No supervisory experience is required—if you've worked in ECF, supported employment, job coaching, or IDD services and are ready to grow, we'll help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Support individuals receiving ECF & DIDD Services through in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits
- Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and support teams
- Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals
- Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion
- Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff
- Reinforce person-centered practices and DIDD expectations
- Observe services and provide coaching
- Support new staff through field training and ongoing development
- Complete quality assurance visits
- Review documentation and service delivery
- Assist with incident investigations and reportable events
- Support compliance requirements
- Recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes
- Resolve client and caregiver concerns
- Monitor service quality
- Assist with audits and corrective actions
- Identify barriers and recommend solutions
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, community services, or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
