Field Supervisor - Central/North NJ

About the role

To join our team as a Field Supervisor, supporting various residential energy efficiency programs in the state of NJ!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of teams conducting residential energy audits (2-3/day), installing energy-efficient equipment, pre/post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory
• Review inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements and compliance measures
• Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications
• Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers
• Travel throughout a defined territory with a company provided vehicle

Requirements

• Over 7 years of relevant industry experience – including auditing, home inspections, home equipment installation
• Over 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a field service setting
• High school diploma or GED required
• BPI Certification preferred

• Successful candidates will be located within Central/North New Jersey

Pay

$87,000 - $90,000

Schedule

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.

Compensation Range

$86,700.00 - $130,100.00
