Field Supervisor

SUMMARY

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, seeks an experienced Field Supervisor for its Phoenix, AZ location. This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating polished concrete and epoxy flooring projects.

DUTIES

• Ensure timely communication with sales, operations, clients, and field personnel on a daily basis
• Drive to customer's facility (multi-state travel required)
• Frequently inspect the project
• Oversee and ensure the crew meets customer standards
• Set up and maintain a safe job site
• Coordinate activities related to the installation of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems
• Organize, schedule, and implement each project
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of administration and management of flooring projects
• Two to three years of previous flooring experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good mathematical skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to direct the efforts of supervisors and crew
• Ability to work individually and within a team environment
• Current Driver’s License in good standing
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to drive long distances and stay overnight
• Exposure to construction conditions
