Field Supervisor

About the role

Renova One unites 11 trusted companies under one brand, delivering seamless renovation and restoration solutions for multi-family, single-family, and commercial properties nationwide. The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing field operations on a multi-family flooring project in Richmond, VA, ensuring work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support field crews, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications and deadlines
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Train, mentor, and evaluate field employees to enhance performance and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline operations and resolve challenges
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and safety incidents
• Ensure proper use and care of any company-provided equipment on assigned job sites
• Coordinate crew scheduling and resource needs to meet project timelines
• Enforce safety standards, and industry regulations on job sites
• Communicate updates, concerns, and solutions to leadership, providing recommendations for process improvements

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction, restoration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of job site operations, safety standards, and quality control
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate field teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and field management software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

This is a project-based engagement to support a specific multi-family flooring project in this market; it is not tied to an ongoing company location or office. All offers of employment are contingent upon a background check. A valid Driver's License is required.

Pay

$32.00 - $34.00 per hour
