As a Field Supervisor, you'll step into a senior field leadership role overseeing large-scale, high-budget construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to Exterior Medics’ quality standards.
- Serve as the primary field contact for high-priority projects, providing daily updates on progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Produce detailed reports with clear narratives and photographic documentation to support transparency and decision-making.
- Lead the coordination of subcontractors to ensure adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and contractual requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, proactively identifying risks or delays and adjusting plans as needed.
- Review and coordinate material submittals for engineer review, ensuring all materials meet project specifications and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular jobsite inspections to confirm compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company expectations.
- Model and enforce Exterior Medics’ safety culture across all sites.
- Apply advanced knowledge of AIA contract field management, scheduling software, and compliance requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance to production leadership on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Act as a visible ambassador of Exterior Medics’ values on every jobsite.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or project management certification strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in a construction field leadership role managing large-scale and/or multi-site projects.
- Strong working knowledge of AIA contracts, scheduling software, and construction compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to provide strategic input to production leadership and align project outcomes with company goals.
- Experience training and mentoring field employees with a focus on safety, quality, and performance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), CRM systems, and cloud-based project management platforms.
- OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain within the first 60 days).

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid office/field environment with prolonged walking and standing.
- Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, bend, squat, crawl, and work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Strong balance and physical fitness required for active construction sites.
