Field Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Field Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will ensure production and quality remain best in class while communicating with Blue Streak customers, city officials, and the public. You will supervise production and operations, manage field scheduling, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scheduling of jobs and perform routine quality control field checks
• Assign work to crews and verify permit applications
• Oversee employee issues, including overtime and fleet maintenance
• Maintain warehouse stock levels
• Inspect and approve all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
• Review daily reports and highlighted prints
• Forward completed project documentation to customers for final billing
• Ensure projects meet the E.C.D. issued at the time of award and achieve weekly revenue targets
