Field Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee production, quality, and daily field operations. You will manage job scheduling, crew assignments, permit applications, employee issues, overtime, fleet maintenance, and warehouse stock levels. Your role includes inspecting and approving all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, reviewing daily reports and highlighted prints, and ensuring documentation is forwarded for final billing. You will be accountable for meeting project E.C.D. deadlines and weekly revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain best-in-class production and quality standards
• Communicate with Blue Streak customers, city officials, and the public
• Supervise production and field operations
• Manage job scheduling and assign crews work
• Perform routine quality control field checks
• Verify permit applications
• Oversee employee issues, including overtime
• Manage fleet maintenance and warehouse stock levels
• Inspect and approve all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Review daily reports and highlighted prints
• Forward completed project documentation for final billing
• Ensure projects meet E.C.D. deadlines and weekly revenue targets
