Field Superintendent

Let's be honest. Construction is tough work. Long days, changing schedules, and constant problem-solving come with the territory.

We're looking for a Field Superintendent in the Atalanta area who can lead crews, keep projects moving, and create a jobsite where people work hard, stay safe, and respect each other.

Qualifications

• 10 years in a construction supervisory role, preferably in sheet metal or HVAC.
• Proven crew and schedule management on commercial job sites.
• Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety rules and compliance.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Comfortable using digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Airtable).
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Able to lead 30-50-man crews.

Pay

$90,000-$115,000 based on experience.
