Field Superintendent
Top 5 role responsibilities:
- Drive efficient field execution, ensuring crews have the tools, equipment, materials, and information needed.
- Cookordination & Communication
- Cookordinate work with the Project Superintendent, Project Manager, General Foreman, Foreman, Prefabrication Shop, Warehouse, subcontractors, and vendors.

Field Leadership & Crew Management:
Lead and manage millwright crews, foremen, and general foremen to ensure safe, high-quality, and productive field execution on both large self-performed scopes and smaller projects with limited subcontractor involvement.
Safety & Quality Control:
Enforce safety and quality standards, monitor progress, remove constraints, resolve field issues, and support prefabrication and work packaging strategies that reduce onsite labor hours.
Execution & Productivity:
Support successful, safe, and efficient project delivery through strong leadership, clear communication, and disciplined execution.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs, and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment.
- Must be able to position oneself to work in confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, attics, and tunnels.
- Must be able to respond quickly to sounds.
- Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
- Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching.
- Must be able to wear safety equipment (boots, hard hats, harnesses, 2 SRLs, while climbing a ladder).
