What You'll Do As a Field Superintendent, you'll work closely with a skilled team of Superintendents, Measure Techs, Field Managers, and our Production Team to:Oversee and manage exterior remodeling projectsConduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and safetyCollaborate with team members to meet project timelines and goalsMaintain excellent customer relationships throughout each projectHelp M&M maintain our 95% customer satisfaction rate This role is vital in upholding our commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who thrives in the field and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to every job site.
