Field Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive and increase sales at Lowe’s stores
• Engage customers in the Paint and Pro departments
• Generate customer leads
• Implement effective sales and marketing programs
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage merchandising
• Ensure maximum client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product features
• Maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products

Qualifications

• At least eighteen (18) years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
• Able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends

About the Role

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Lowe’s Store #2346, located at: 35425 Enchanted Pkwy South, Federal Way, WA 98003. This is a part-time position working weekdays/afternoons/weekends. The schedule is based on business needs and subject to change.
