Field Staff Ambassador X 1 Okanogan and Chelan County, WA Area

Job Requirements

• Willing to commit to the entire contract period
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
• Basic in English
• 6 months experience working with Agricultural employers and laborers
• Valid Washington Driver's License
• Knowledge of Agricultural Industry, Immigration or Federal H-2A program
• Lifting requirement 50 lbs

Work Tasks to be performed

• Provide oversight and assistance for Housing Manager within the assigned region
• Provide support in resolving work-related conflicts between workers and employer member
