Field Specialist III - Liner Hangers - Prudhoe BayWBC

Partner with the best as a Field Specialist – Wellbore Construction (WBC). You will run low- to medium-risk applications across Wellbore Construction, Completions, and Liner Hanger product lines, ensuring job readiness, equipment compatibility, and high-quality service delivery while supporting customers at the wellsite.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple low- to medium-risk applications in one or more product lines within Wellbore Construction, Completions, and Liner Hangers.
• Ensure supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for the job.
• Provide front-line customer support and complete all job-related paperwork accurately.
• Use experience and application knowledge to ensure products and services meet the highest quality standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for selected Wellbore Construction/Completions applications.
• Support workshop activities as required.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Wellbore Construction, Completions, or Liner Hanger operations.
• Confidence running tools independently in low- to medium-risk applications.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to make sound decisions at the wellsite.
• Comfort working directly with customers and representing Baker Hughes in the field.
• Commitment to safety, service quality, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to support workshop tasks and mentor others when needed.
