About the Role

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising assigned employees within a designated region and/or field offices for the contract assigned. This strategic position assists in overseeing all aspects of administrative, technical, operational, contractual, and financial components of the program. The Site Supervisor ensures established workflows, policies, procedures, protocols, and fiscal accountability are performed in their office.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce program changes as specified by the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager and disseminate guidance to personnel.
  • Ensure ongoing program-wide compliance with contract and company policies, procedures, and guidance, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  • Implement, monitor, and ensure the effectiveness of the company’s quality control plan and training programs. Escalate concerns and suggest improvements to the Site Manager.
  • Report operational, compliance, and/or field wellness check issues to the Site Manager and Deputy Program Manager.
  • Frequently interact with assigned Field Specialists to gauge assistance, address questions, and resolve concerns.
  • Conduct in-person spot checks during field site wellness events to verify contract compliance, including reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support field safety and wellness operations by ensuring Field Specialists follow established protocols, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Conduct operational inspections of program activities, office, and equipment.
  • Manage and review schedules weekly, ensuring staffing is consistent, fair, and flexible to meet project demands.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and corrective action; escalate issues to the Site Manager as needed.
  • Provide input on future staffing needs with the Site Manager, Program Manager, and Deputy Program Manager.
  • Identify and address inappropriate employee behavior and/or performance issues in collaboration with Site Managers.
  • Manage and communicate with on-site teams, including Administrative Assistants and Field Specialists.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide timely reports to Executive Management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards, training, and contractual requirements.
  • Review employee training status and certifications monthly to meet contractual requirements.
  • Assist the Site Manager in conducting orientation and on-the-job training for Administrative Assistants and Field Specialists.
  • Ensure proper utilization of staff, including limiting overtime hours.
  • Identify trends and deficiencies in documentation quality, timeliness, and data integrity, and escalate recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Monitor Power BI and IT systems, suggesting improvements to the IT Steering Committee.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or 4+ years of related experience may be substituted).
  • 2+ years of documented experience in a field related to law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar (4+ years if substituting for a bachelor’s degree, 6+ years if substituting for a degree).
  • Experience applicable to the goals and objectives of the program environment.
  • 1 year of experience supervising employees in a similar program environment or completion of the MVM Site Temp Lead Program.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Accessibility by mobile phone 24/7/365.
  • Investigative and report writing experience.
  • Proof of U.S. passport or in the process of obtaining one (unless specified otherwise in the contract).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

  • Mobility to attend meetings with managers and employees.
  • Climbing/stooping/kneeling: 0% - 10% of the time.
  • Lifting/pulling/pushing: 0% - 10% of the time, up to 40 lbs.
  • Fine motor skills/dexterity: Writing, typing, and using a telephone system 100% of the time.
  • Sitting for prolonged and extended periods.

This position is mission critical and requires a flexible schedule to support a 24/7/365 operation, including nights, weekends, and travel within the United States.

Security Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance.
  • Favorable credit check.
  • Successful background investigation and drug screen.
  • May require specific certifications (e.g., DOT exam, vaccinations, CPR, flu shot) depending on the position.
