Field Services Supervisor - Permian

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and support field service technicians, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example in both technical execution and professional conduct.
  • Cook up and oversee field service activities, including installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure proper system installation and commissioning.
  • Review and approve service reports, maintenance logs, and field documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while on-site.
  • Manage team scheduling, time reporting, and expense tracking.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the sales group, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A technical degree or vocational training is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of field service experience in ESP systems is required.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and lead teams in remote field locations under varying conditions is required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills are necessary.
