Core Job Responsibilities
- Oversight of material preparation and shipment, including quality control and process improvement recommendations.
- Identification and recommendation of reprocessable items, along with cost-saving opportunities.
- On-site support, addressing questions and streamlining workflows.
- Educating and training staff on program value and best practices.
- Facilitating regular facility visits and supporting new client onboarding and program launches.
- Preparation and analysis of reports, using data to guide targeted education and program growth.
- Management of service schedules and procurement of reprocessed items through purchase orders.
- Leading training sessions for clinical staff to promote program adoption.
- Development and monitoring of implementation plans, coordination with internal teams and clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal partners to ensure program success.
- Gathering feedback, resolving issues promptly, and supporting operational needs as required.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of sales or customer service related experience, or
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of sales or customer service related experience.
- Experience developing presentations for various audience levels.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
- The ability to lift and push boxes weighing up to 20 lbs.
Pay
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annual
Schedule
This role requires frequent travel across the Northeast U.S. (includes out of state flight travel)
