Field Services Representative - ID, MT, NV and WY

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for ID, MT, NV, and WY cooperatives, building relationships with leadership and employees
• Conduct annual on-site visits to support engagement and plan participation
• Deliver presentations to clearly communicate complex concepts
• Consult with co-op HR on benefit plan strategies and objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams on plan changes and renewals
• Support employees by reviewing retirement options and facilitating referrals

Qualifications

• 5+ years in group employee benefits or related field
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong consultative and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills for presentations and written information
• Experience managing client relationships across multi-state territories
• Mastery of organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% within assigned territory

$106,000 – $143,000 annually
