About the Role

Under supervision, implement the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program to help ensure client staff acceptance and follow-through with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
• Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and clean driving record (minimal, minor, or zero infractions on Motor Vehicle Report).
• Ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facilities if within driving distance.
• Credentialing/hospital certification to access assigned facilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Ability to accomplish tasks based on time, importance, or other criteria.
• Regular lifting of at least 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work extended, odd, or on-call hours as business needs dictate.
• Travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Pay

Anticipated salary range: $19.75 - $28.75 hourly. The actual salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
