Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor field service technicians to maintain safety and performance
- Cook up technical and administrative field operations including installations and repairs
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for all field service activities
- Develop personnel schedules to address urgent service needs
- Facilitate communication with design management for technical problem resolution
- Evaluate and select team members to optimize efficiency
- Directly address and resolve complex customer issues for satisfaction
- Manage parts inventory to minimize equipment downtime
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a field service management role or relevant knowledge
- Proven leadership ability to coach and develop technical teams
- Strong accountability for achieving operational goals and standards
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations managing multiple priorities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong planning and time management
- High ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions
