What You'll Bring
- Technical Skills: 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges.
- Customer-Focused Approach: Strong communication skills and a "Can Do" attitude.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively (70-85%) and adapt to changing schedules.
- Training & Growth: Willingness to undergo comprehensive training, including online, in-house, and shadowing senior FSTs.
