Your role Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. Maintain fleet in the fieldRepair down equipment in the field and at customer locationsPerform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territoryDevelop and optimize efficient processes and routinesImprove measurable success to business targetsDocument all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software To succeed, you will need We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, United States (US).
