Field Service Technician - Specialty Rental - Albuquerque NM

About the role

Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies. You will report directly to the Customer Support Manager. You will be part of our customer center in Albuquerque, NM, joining a dynamic field service team in a hybrid role that involves significant travel to visit customers within your designated area across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet in the field
• Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory
• Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines
• Improve measureale success to business targets
• Document all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software

Requirements

• 2 - 3+ years of experience as an industrial related field service mechanic
• Appropriate electromechanical degree or training
• Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics
• Good command of English; second language knowledge is a bonus
• High energy levels
• Expected to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling
