What You’ll Do

• Enter the Reiser "FIRST" program for extensive training on flagship product line(s)
• Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues by applying expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems
• Spend approximately 70-90% of your time traveling within the Mid-Atlantic Region and on the east coast visiting food production facilities, helping customers optimize their equipment
• Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and effectively
• Participate as necessary in new projects to install or improve the safety and performance of existing and new equipment

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
• Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus
• Customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable with 60-80% travel during the week – mostly within the Mid-Atlantic by automobile or plane
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are an added bonus
