Field Service Technician - Residential Projects

About the role

Responsible for performing residential projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. Must possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC or similar field
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in using common HVAC tools and equipment

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
