Key Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic support for both warranty and non-warranty products, including on-site customer visits and remote assistance (video, email, etc.).
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on machine tools.
- Demonstrate and instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of machine tools and related accessories.
- Cook up with customers on machine upgrades, special options, and service requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with customers until all quality issues are resolved.
- Share knowledge with other field service staff and collaborate with various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in troubleshooting and repair.
- Hands-on experience with CNC equipment is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Understanding of machine design, operation, and repair practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, PLCs, etc.
- Familiarity with machine tools and their basic functions.
