HIAB facility is located in Cornelius, NC; all field service work will be conducted in the Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Perform service (preventive maintenance, safety checks, corrective actions, upgrades, and refurbishment) on equipment at external or Hiab locations
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and service forklifts, knuckle boom cranes, loaders, liftgates, hooklifts, skiploaders, and hoists in line with manager instructions
- Follow applicable safety rules, working practices, and environmental requirements
- Stay up to date with technical developments via internal service bulletins and complete technical courses as instructed
- Respond to customer queries and concerns to maximize satisfaction, following Hiab Customer Satisfaction Guidelines
- Maintain records, documentation, and submit daily reports in the specified format
- Recognize sales opportunities and communicate them to the District Service Manager
- Coach and tutor junior colleagues and trainees as needed
- Uphold a positive image of the Hiab brand and follow Quality System rules
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a 1-year DOT Medical Card
- Valid driver’s license with no more than one moving violation in the last year or two violations within two years (all violations subject to review)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical operations
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Own required tools
- Knowledge and compliance with Hiab USA Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
- 100% travel required
