Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- General technical service skills, mechanical aptitude, or experience with construction or power equipment are required; strong knowledge of DC electrical and machine electronics is crucial.
- Must demonstrate the ability to follow technical material and apply processes and procedures as necessary to complete manufacturers’ updates, as required.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Strong computer and software skills are required.
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
- A high school graduate minimum; college and/or continued education in a technical field are a plus.
- Ten years of experience related to construction or power equipment service and repair is required.
- A valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record in accordance with Ohio Machinery standards (4 or fewer moving violation points).

Physical Requirements
- Lifting/Carrying 40 lb.
- Lift/Carry and 50lb pulling.
- Standing, sitting, and climbing up and down stairs, as well as standing, sitting, and climbing into machines.
- Dexterity Normal.
- Repetitive Motions: Frequent movements requiring the use of hands, wrists, and fingers.
