In this role, you won’t just respond to customer needs—you’ll create opportunities. Smart Home Experts meet customers in their homes, engage prospective customers in retail locations and other events, generate new business, and provide personalized smart home recommendations based on each customer’s needs. You’ll also have the technical knowledge and hands-on capability to support the complete customer experience, from consultation through installation and ongoing service.
