Field Service Technician - Northern Virginia

About the role

Responsible for providing field service support in Northern Virginia. This includes troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment in customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues with equipment and systems.
• Maintain and repair equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies during all work activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• At least 2 years of hands-on technical experience in a related field.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
