Field Service Technician - Memphis, TN

Our client is seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to provide installation, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment at customer locations throughout the West Tennessee and Memphis area.

You'll service a variety of equipment including cranes, hoists, conveyors, elevators, lifts, and other material handling systems. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to diagnose problems, make repairs, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites
• Service cranes, hoists, conveyors, elevators, lifts, and other material handling systems
• Diagnose and repair issues with VFDs, Vector drives, PLC controls, gear drives, bearings, couplings, wire rope and chain hoists
• Collaborate directly with customer maintenance and engineering teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of maintenance or field service experience with heavy industrial or material handling equipment
• Experience troubleshooting VFD, Vector, and PLC control systems
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and mathematical aptitude
• Ability to safely lift, adjust, install, and repair industrial equipment
