Responsibilities

This Road mechanic/technician role involves:

• Performing preventive maintenance
• Performing diagnostics
• Making repairs on equipment
• Avoiding downtime by working in the safest, most effective way possible

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• A high school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment (such as large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil/gas related equipment)
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Qualifications

To qualify, you should:

• Have knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
• Have knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
• Be able to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Be bilingual (Spanish or another language) if required based on location needs

Pay and Schedule

Base Pay Range: $24.05 - 33.06
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
