About the Role

We are currently seeking a Road Mechanic to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on various types of equipment, including aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines such as large-scale power-generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas-related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment in challenging remote locations
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management
• Work with an incredible team of people in a safety-focused environment
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment
• Ensure equipment is in optimal condition to avoid downtime
• Work with a diverse fleet of equipment, including aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines
• Provide mechanic’s tools of trade
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired
• 3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Pay and Schedule

• Base Pay Range: $22.85 - 31.41
• Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
• Paid time off includes 12-25 vacation days, 5 sick days, 6 holidays, 2 half-day holidays, 2 floating holidays, 1 inclusion day, and 1 volunteer day.
