Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site.
  • Identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently using troubleshooting skills.
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner with customers and management during the repair process.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving technology through company and manufacturer-sponsored training.
  • Maintain a clean and organized field truck.

Requirements

  • Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics (experience preferred).
  • Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, for customer and team interactions.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
