Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site.
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently using troubleshooting skills.
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner with customers and management during the repair process.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving technology through company and manufacturer-sponsored training.
- Maintain a clean and organized field truck.
Requirements
- Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics (experience preferred).
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, for customer and team interactions.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
