What You Will Do
- Fix machinery skillfully
- Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site
- Use troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently
- Deliver top-notch service to customers by communicating clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner with customers and management during the repair process
- Prioritize safety at all times by following safety guidelines and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with evolving technology by taking advantage of company and manufacturer-sponsored training to adapt to changes in technology and learn new skills
- Keep your field truck tidy and organized by maintaining a clean and efficient work environment
What You Will Need
- Experience in diesel mechanics preferred
- Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics
- Effective communication abilities: Clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team
- Able to work independently and collaboratively: Work well independently and as part of a team
- Keen attention to detail: Pay close attention to the specifics
- Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
