Field Service Technician III

About the role

The TSS Family of Companies, including Evergreen Medical Services (EMS), is a leading provider of environmental monitoring, testing, calibration, and certification services. EMS focuses on medical gas systems, indoor air quality, and laboratory instrumentation, serving leading life sciences and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance testing, certification, and repair services across a variety of healthcare settings.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, compressors, manifolds, and small electronics.
• Test and certify medical gas systems and environmental monitoring services.
• Interface directly with clients to understand, discuss, and execute on their needs.
• Maintain and improve client relationships and act as the client's primary in-person interaction with the company.
• Complete all required documentation and administrative tasks related to assigned business.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some relevant customer service, mechanical, and/or electrical experience.
• A combination of education, training, and related experience may meet requirements.
• Absorption of additional accreditations and certifications such as ASSE 6010, 6030, 6040.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to continually learn new services.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math including geometry and algebra.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.

Pay

Salary range of $24.00 - $33.00 hourly (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data).

Schedule

Field Service Technicians are dispatched daily to provide a variety of on-site services.
