As part of the Field Services organization, technicians serve as trusted partners to major retailers and financial institutions, delivering reliable, high-quality service that keeps essential self-service technology operating around the clock. The role involves acting as a first‑line responder, organizing and triaging customer issues, communicating openly and helpfully to find the right solution, and providing customers what they need when they need it through formal training provided by NCR Atleos. Responsibilities
- Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
- Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory
- Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations
- Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity
- Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible
- Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution
- Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos
- Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements
- Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs
- May be reassigned to adjacent service territories
