About the role
Responsible for providing field service support in Canada. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment and systems.
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
