About the role

Responsible for providing field service support in Canada. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment and systems.
  • Maintain and repair equipment as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
