Field Service Technician II

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosing mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Servicing and repairing equipment to meet standards and specifications.
• Maintaining knowledge of multiple product groups and providing troubleshooting support.
• Delivering responsive, accurate on-site, shop, or field maintenance.
• Managing technical documentation, reports, and company property.
• Providing guidance to less experienced technicians and resolving escalated technical or customer issues.

Qualifications And Skills

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1-2 years related experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and completion of required training classes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, perform shift work, and lift 50 pounds.
• Compliance with security and COVID-19 policies.

Compensation

$21.50 to $30.75 hourly, with transportation allowance.
